British Hospitality Association
The British Hospitality Association is the private sector forum for the UK’s sixth largest contributor to export earnings and fourth largest employer. 4.5 million people work in the hospitality and tourism industry, equivalent to almost one in seven of the entire UK workforce.
We are the leading authority on hospitality and tourism in the United Kingdom and directly serve our 46,500 member businesses, including hotels, serviced apartments, the private rented sector, the sharing economy, restaurants, private members’ clubs, food service management companies, stadia, attractions and leisure outlets.
Engaging with government, the media and the public, we share the knowledge, evidence and data needed to frame positions on key issues facing the industry and the wider economy. We work to develop a robust case on how to unlock the industry’s full potential as the biggest engine for growth in the economy, and ensure that the industry’s needs are effectively represented to government and other stakeholders.
